If you wish to trade at Wadfest 2010 then there are a few things you will need to know.

Trading starts at 2pm till 6pm on the Friday, please be aware that the opening ceremony takes place at 5pm so do not expect to sell much in the last hour of trading.

Saturday trading is from 10am till 6pm
Sunday trading from 10am till 3pm

Wadfest is not responsible for your public liability insurance,  also we are not responsible for your stock, please note this is an open event site, and the marquee is not secure.

It is strongly recommended that you do get some, public liability insurance if you do not already have cover, if you are new to trading the National Market Traders Federation is reasonable to join  and you get Public liability claims up to £5 million. Product liability claims up to £5 million. Employer's liability claims up to £10 million. As an ex market trader I can recommend joining, they also do cheap business vehicle insurance.

Over the last three years Wadfest has averaged 300 adults through the gate.

The cost of trading is £15.00, this is for a 6’ x 4’ area in the marquee, or 20’ x 12’ area outside the marquee.
There is no cover outside the marquee, so you will need to supply your own cover, as well as stall.
