Wadfest Site Guidelines.

These guidelines are some of the rules of the campsite. They need to be followed so that everyone can have an entertaining enjoyable and safe weekend..

IMPORTANT.
This is a working Farm, please do not go near any of the Farm Machinery, or any of the Stables, and please make sure if you have children they also understand that IT IS DANGEROUS to do so.

Also whilst we appreciate people like to have a drink, being drunk is no excuse for bad behaviour, and Wadfest will not tolerate unacceptable behaviour by anybody. By all means have a drink, but please know your limit.

Wrist Bands
When you register you will be given a wristband, please wear it at all times. This is a security measure, plus it well make you feel more part of the Event, and it will make a nice memento of the event.

Water
The camp sites water supply is on a water meter, so please be aware of this when filling up, at the water point, and please avoid wasting it. At the moment we are not charged a tariff for water used, but this will only continue if the water is used sensibly.

Super Soakers, and any other form of Water projecting devices are baned.

(The reason for this is because of there being delicate merchandise that do not take kindly to being wet).

Speed Limit
The camp site speed limit is 5mph. Please adhere to this at all times as there are children running about (as well as adults).

Animals
Dogs should be kept on a leash at all times, and it is the owner's responsibility to clear up any mess they make.

Barbeques
Barbeques must be at least 18" off the ground, to make life a little easier we are providing a communal Barbeques with our own Wadfest Chef, to cook your food in the traditional way without you having to bring all that messy charcoal along. All we ask is you put something in the tin to help pay for the fuel.

Noise and Music
Please make sure that the music stops at 11pm. The reason for this is that it is a commercial site, and there will be other campers just the other side of the hedge who may not appreciate our type of music, even if it is the hedgehog song, at one-o-clock in the morning. The owner also lives the other side of the same hedge.

Open Fires
Unfortunately due to crops being nearby, open fires are not allowed.

Rubbish
Black Bags will be supplied in your welcome pack, and extra black bags can be collected from the Registration Table if required, (Hours of Daylight). If arriving late or very early collect your welcome pack when reception opens. Please keep the surrounding area of your tent tidy and on leaving put the rubbish bag in the skip provided.

First Aid
Resident First Aider this year is Justin, if you don't know Justin ask and I am sure someone will point him out (or look at the organisers link). He will, be wearing a Badge to identify him, there will be other first aiders, and these will also be wearing first aid badges to help you identify them. The First Aid Tent is near the entrance gate.

Finally
This is a fun weekend! Enjoy yourselves, have a great time, and if you have any suggestions on how to make next years better let me know .
